  1. If they “3-peat” next season for another Stanley Cup then it is arguable that they are one of the greatest NHL teams of all time!

  2. Hockey fan here! The Panthers are about to do something that we haven't seen in decades. This franchise are so set up to win possibly 5 to 6 Cups by 2032. They are build differently. If they find Bob replacement soon, we better look out

  3. @beyond_thebench 3 Stanley Cup appearances. Plus The President’s Cup as the best regular season record the year before that. Making 4 years in a row that the Panthers have been dominant. So I’d say yes! These Cars & Rats are a dynasty. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

  4. recency bias, they were allowed to cheat and headhunt opposing goalies and players, if Kadri did that for leafs he would be suspended for life.

  5. So in December when the Panthers have a winning record, perhaps 2nd in the division, but "are looking tired" or "disinterested" as said here, remember that their only goal in the regular season is to qualify for the playoffs. They don't care about home ice "advantage", they aren't trying to win the Presidents Trophy, they are machined to excel in the different sport that is playoff hockey.

  6. just seeing how the panthers play as a cohesive team, complete with world class goaltending, has made me a fan. i think a lot of us just enjoy seeing some top tier hockey

  7. What was truly incredible to watch was when they lost a game: They didn't care. No concern or worry. "Oh well, we played badly here and there, we'll fix it and move on".
I was truly disappointed with how Game 7 for the Toronto season went because I wanted a true classic, Instead, Fla rolled them like an AHL club. I wanted a good solid 3 period or OT win, one that was a 1 goal game, but TML buckled under pressure and well….everyone knows what happened.
They aren't flawless, in the Reg Szn, they take games off. They know their Post season is secured….ok, lets just get to it. Its remarkable. I wasn't as excited with this championship as I was last year, but if they do it this season….I'm falling down crying at the greatness. After enduring the ridicule and the fans wanting our franchise moved….its a major F-U to them pulling it off.

  8. This video must be a farce and made only for click bait. Which I gave a thumbs down because it's deserved! You have zero perspective and no regard for the past. You're probably too young to have seen or even know of the Oilers and Islanders of the 80's. Do a little research before posting something as absurd as this!

  9. Panthers got me as a fan as soon as Bennett used the Conn Smythe to get kittens adopted. So im a panthers fan until atlanta gets a team…again

  10. As McDavid said, their third line was a +20 in the playoffs, their second line center won the Conn Smythe, his RW racked up playoff points while being barely able to move, and their first line has two Selke finalists (one of whom is their leading goal scorer, the other is a fantastic all-around center); their D are all big, mobile and experienced, their No. 2 pair would be most teams’ No. 1 pair and they have a Vezina winner in goal still only a smidge off his peak.
That’s roster depth few teams can match and hard to deal with over 7 games. What might stop them next year is the wear and tear of long playoff runs.

  11. Florida, after signing all three, Bennett, Ekblad, and Marchand, are almost guaranteed to win the cup a third, and possibly a fourth and fifth time in a row. The Panthers could truly go down as the greatest dynasty ever, surpassing even the Islanders and Oilers squads of the 80s. Hell, there's a possibility they could win another FOUR in a row.

  12. Florida is a really good team, probably the best of the modern era, but if you put them up against a team like the 01-02 Wings they don't stand a chance in hell. Darren McCarty, Brendan Shanahan, and Jiri Fischer wouldn't put up with the crap Tkachuk, Bennett and Marchand do. They would feed them their teeth and then take the puck down ice and score. Florida plays the bully, but teams today are soft. Florida doesn't have any tough guys, they have pests.

  13. Lucky to sign up my family for seasonal tickets starting in 2021. Hit jackpot right there

  14. Die hard south Florida sports fan, root for the Panthers all the way to the North to Coral Gables/The U all the way south, and I say it's good to be from an area that had the best NFL team ever (Undefeated Dolphins) The best College Football team ever (2001 Hurricanes) One of the best NBA collection of talent (Big 3 double championships) And now to be even considered for having the "Best team ever" In NHL history is a reminder that we are spoiled down here! Go panthers, and great Video THANK YOU!

  15. I mean the best ever? Really? The 76-77 Montreal Canadiens were the highest scoring team in the NHL, scoring 64 more goals than the second highest scoring team. The were also the stingiest team, giving up 22 fewer goals than the second best defensive team. Overall they had a goal differential of + 216. They scored more than double the amount of goals they gave up.They had the MVP, the Vezina, the Hart, and the Norris. Not once did they lose two games in a row and went 12-2 in the playoffs. They are easily the best NHL team of all time and I’m a bruins fan.

  16. I was the typical Florida sports fan, never understood the allure of hockey but the past 3 years have made me fall in love with the sport and the Panthers. Just an absolutely brilliant blend of skill and toughness
