Brent Burns signed a one-year contract with the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday. The 40-year-old defenseman was an unrestricted free agent. He had 29 points (six goals, 23 assists) in 82 games for the Carolina Hurricanes last season and five points (one goal, four assists) in 15 playoff games. Will Burns finally win a Stanley Cup in Colorado?
P.S. – Messed up, I meant to say “goes to Colorado Avalanche” early in the video but I obviously clarify that later in the video.

here's my take, without a serious upgrade in the Oiler net, McD is the next one chasing the cup good on burns' though, why not
Lets go BURNS!!!!
Burns' spot was filled unfortunately, he would have made a great 3rd pair guy but between him, Nikishin, and Miller the choice was obvious
Good for Burnsy! We love him down here in Raleigh! Good luck to a great guy and player.
Better chance down in Carolina to win one than here in denver, as much as i want it to happen. Repeating in this league is almost impossible unless you're bill zito apparently.
