EMBARRASSING Ending at UFC Atlanta | Paul Craig v. Rodolfo Bellato
well this was pretty pathetic if you missed UFC Atlanta you missed former opponent of mine Phil Row having an absolutely amazing come from behind knockout win you missed Kamaro Usman ending his threeight losing streak with a dog walking of walkin Buckley and you miss this abomination of a fight ending let’s talk about it alo Bolato versus Paul Craig paul Craig is on his back throws an upkick and bam that lands and the ref will call that an accidental foul and the fight is considered a no contest because Bolato cannot continue allegedly i say allegedly because this is some of the worst acting I’ve ever seen in my entire life let’s take a look he gets hit and then immediately does this palms up protest like what was that that’s against the rules but then he remembers that he’s supposed to be unconscious and flops to his back okay maybe that shot really did rock him and it was like a slow reaction to it no this is my favorite part he flashes awake and then immediately goes into like defensive grappling mode but then as the ref approaches he still puts his palms up like the that’s against the rules kind of protest but then he decides he wants to do that thing where we’ve seen before where someone gets knocked out and they’re so messed up they start grappling with the referee so he wants to do that but he doesn’t really sell it like if you thought you were still in the fight and you thought the guy approaching you was the guy you’re supposed to fight and needed to start grappling with you wouldn’t put your palms up like that’s against the rules okay now we’re grappling it’s almost like he forgot cameras were on him at all times he knows he has to sell it to get the DQ win and ironically I think Palato was up in the fight and would have won the fight if he didn’t put on this performance he snatched a no contest from the jaws of victory this is just bad and I really really really want to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just so rocked and so messed up from that upkick that this was all real and he was just on queer street and all screwed up in the head but I’m just not buying it let me know what you think in the comments was this real was he acting was he trying to get a DQ in that’s what I think let me know what you think thanks for watching i’ll catch you in the next one [Music]
Was this the worst flop in UFC history or was Rodolfo Bellato really hurt against Paul Craig?

I'll have what she's having.
This is one of the most entertaining, yet pathetic things ive seen.
didnt know a kick to the neck would cause unconsciousness 😂
about halfway through he was so embarrassed at what he was doing he just didn't know how to act anymore…. so he just kept digging his grave….
A concussed guy cannot act like that lol
Was there in person. Great prelims, the worst main I've ever seen. The two ultimate fighter champs who fought don't deserve to be paid for that bullshit. Didn't realize that he was acting this bad while in person either. The Usman fight went how I expected and Rose's was closer than I expected. The knockout of the night was either your teammate (my favorite. He almost got put out the round before and came back and did that. Amazing technical sticker to watch as well). Or the hometown hero in Wellmaker! He completely dismantled Kris.
Hope Dana boots him out for that one
I don’t give a toss that he’s acting. This is a fight ending ILLEGAL strike on a downed opponent. It wasn’t accidental, this is mma, fighters kick heads on purpose – straight DQ, or scorecards if it’s past fight threshold – with the Craig losing 2 points in that round.
The headbutt was accidental – THAT fight should’ve been a NC in my opinion. How is it that the perpetrator of a fight ending illegal strike is the winner??? I don’t understand this. Can someone please explain… 😂😂😂.
He should start playing football!
He may have been winning, but he was still scared of Craigs skills.
oh..guess I'm not updated. Is upkick illegal now?
great big faker
Yellow card
he was at the intersection of Queer St. and Homo Ave.
What was the official verdict on Craigs kick in the end? Was it a warning, or a deduction? Obviously it’s null & void given the end result, but for future reference he clearly wasn’t DQ’d so what was the official word by the ref?
why would you put your box over the face of the fighter???
its was real acting
Pretty poor acting . Dana will give him the door after that
I thought upkicks were legal?
You couldn't have said it better: "he managed to snatch a no contest from the jaws of victory." Aside from diving into Paul Craig's guard, dude was fighting the perfect fight. Incomprehensible behaviour
Luke Thomas was defending this guy because he said he talked to a Doctor who saw the video, and the Doctor said you can’t see how hard his head hit the canvass because the ref walks into the frame at that same moment. He was saying Bellato could’ve been rocked, but still lucid, then the additional impact from the canvas could’ve knocked him out.
There are other angles where you can clearly see Bellato falling back while looking at the ref in protest, then he fakes losing consciousness before his head even touches the canvass.
He had an even more delayed reaction with straightening his right leg 😂. He closed his eyes (pretending to be knocked out) then realized his leg was bent upwards and quickly laid it flat on the ground.
"And the award does NOT go to…" I've seen better acting in a high school play.
The Wayons brothers were more convincing as white girls than this guy acting like he’s sleeping
huge star in the making! i can see him on the cover of the next FIFA game! Congrats!
Real
100% fake Brazilians love a dq win in bjj too
jesus that is so cringe it hurts
callin this acting? You are clueless
🤦♂
Paul Craig is the dumb one using illegal kick
It wasnt even a clean hit. Dana need to cut this clown out of UFC.
Bellato should try soccer with his "skills"….
He should be cut for that B.S. People paid to see a fight . This is the biggest fight stage in the world. Go grow up !
I never fought in the octagon but what a bum…
I haven't even seen lebron james flop that bad.
It was the perfect butt scoot shrimp into confusion then falls back down for me. Too much balance. Delayed KO okay. KO with no loss of balance or motor mechanics. Never seen it. Not buying that sh!t
tu suces des hommes noirs toi c'est obligé, c'est quoi cette vidéo à charge ?????? t'as quoi contre eux ??
Yeah it’s bad but he didn’t go into the fight with this plan. Craig put him in this situation with an illegal move.
Bro got a bright future on WWE
It should be overturned for Craig… That was some bullshit
I thought he should had got performance of the night for that acting
The pressure wave of the kick’s impact interrupted the flow of blood, rather than having the brain slightly rotating, and hitting the inside of the cranium like as in a traditional KO. As he is protesting to the ref, his brain has still got enough O2, but quickly becomes starved and goes hypoxic, thereafter. He shortly comes to as that interruption is, rather quickly, restored. Hard to understand for most viewers.
When you are kicked, punched, or otherwise struck in the neck, weird things can happen with the sudden intense increase in pressure, and the correlating excessive increase in blood flow that, in this case, looks to have occurred to the brain. Right after that jump of blood to the brain, there can be a moment where pressure to the brain rapidly, and suddenly decreases, before subsequently equalizing, leading to unconsciousness.
People thinking he was acting are projecting idiots.
Craig the only man to defeat Magomed Ankalaev
