Ask the goalie what he wants to defense to do so he doesn't have to adjust to the team as much and focus on the opposition.
29 needs to know the whole teams capabilities so he may use and develop his 6th sense abilities. He needs to know what his teamates are capable of.

a rising cap is less hopeful when you'll paying a good portion to your top 2 players.. one at 14 and the other probably at least 16..less to spread around to other decent players
