  5. Yea im a big Jones fan but the number of powerlifters than can bench 500 is very very small and that's all they do and run heavy gear. No way he benched much over 300. 315-325 I'd believe and that is STRONG!!

  6. He is not benching 500 not even 400pbs ..if you lift seriously u can just tell from 315 for 5 reps his one rep max is about 350 to 365lbs

I know john jones is terrible, and we should all hate him, but we shouldn't be making shit up to hate. i can't believe all the comments saing hes weak, or he doesn't sqaut to parallel or shit like that it doesnt really matter hes strong as shit and what he said too he didnt train for "big numbers" he was train for athletics but on the flip side if there is a hell he'll sure there and we should hate him for the terrible shit hes done

  8. After training for muscular insurance the past 2 years I’m about to serious to heavy lifting. It’s the only aspect of working out I’m not happy with yet

    He squatted 5 something on a high box squat he probably couldn’t squat 405 to full depth for 1 rep

    His deadlift was with reversed hands which reduce the weight by alot n he did it on a block pull not off the floor which is easier
