work for BNG. Um, just wanted to see if there was any uh, you were hurt last season up in the queue. Um, coming back this year, your second half was a lot stronger than your first. Is there anything like in your game or you’re fully back? How did your game improve as the injury recovered and that transformed to the second half in playoffs?
Yeah. Yeah, for sure. I mean, uh, obviously it was tough being in my 16 year and getting injured. I’m away from my family, you know, like I kind of lost a lot of confidence in myself and coming back like I wasn’t sure what to expect in the season like uh I kind of had high expectations but you know I wasn’t like really mentally there in the start of the season. So coming back in the after Christmas and getting my head reset and like getting my confidence back almost like just being comfortable out there on the ice and had a huge success and like myself and our team like we obviously we had a great run in the playoffs. So um yeah like just getting comfortable and confident in myself and knowing what I am able to do. So yeah you said talking about the playoffs you had 12 points in the 16 games you guys had. So you were fully you felt like you were fully back able to perform at your fullest. Yeah, like obviously like uh in the playoffs the stakes get higher. I think I’m a guy who excels in my game as the stakes get higher and obviously it felt great being able to playoffs and uh you know getting getting my like my game back together in the second half and then uh how did that kind of play that you had going into the playoffs transform into translate into here at development camp? Um, obviously it’s just, you know, getting my confidence back and like knowing like not everything you’re not going to be comfortable in every situation and just uh learning yourself and learning what type of player you are and uh yeah, just getting comfortable and confident.
