brad congratulations listen life changes quick nobody knows that better than you you’ve talked so much this postseason about living in the moment this is a pretty big one how does it feel to be Brad Marian living in it it
It’s incredible it’s uh it’s a feeling you can’t really describe and you know seeing the family and everyone up there and everyone that supported me and helped me get to this point um it it’s there’s nothing words can’t put this into into reality how great it feels and such an incredible group um you know and everybody wrote us off from startup playoffs they had everybody beating us in every round and we just had that fire and we knew we had something special uh and it’s incredible the it’s incredible part of this group right now
the emotion is just radiating off of you you know it wasn’t that long ago these guys were your most hated rivals you’re about to drink beer out of the Stanley Cup with them um how would you describe how special the bond is that you’ve created with these guys
yeah we we talked about before the game it’s such an incredible culture and everyone that’s come in here it’s felt like we’ve been here for a lot longer than a few months and it’s a family guys love each other in this room and you buy into it immediately they embrace you it’s uh it’s incredible
