Why?
I always thought Burns was an animal. I think it's a good price. Too many players are overpricing themselves. He has played with Necas in Carolina. He should be fun to watch. I have checked his stats the past few seasons he has played all 82 games. I think he will be better than Manson. The Avs need grit on D, no one has more than Burns. His age might be a factor but he takes care of himself and his body. Based on interviews I have seen. So lets see what he does in training camp.
Why is everyone so surprised?? Burnsy IS a tank. CAR should have signed him one more year but they seem to be making dumb moves this year so we’ll see
