Let me know your thoughts on the prospect pool for the Blackhawks and which prospects you are most excited about..
Andew shaw I already miss you for Montreal Canadiens
Great Video the Hawks are loaded with Prospects some will make the big club others will be used in trades but the next couple of years could be very bright for the Hawks
Alex vlasic?
Can't wait till you do the Hurricanes!
Very good vid mang!!!
Kurishev might be quite the diamond in the rough.
Been listening to podcasts. They mostly don’t agree with Jokiharju trade. I had thought Jokiharju be better player than Gustafson long term. Obviously I am mistaken.
They be saying (at first day of prospect camp this week) that Boqvist was winning vs Dach n Nylander in two on one drills!! Either he was taking puck away or at least preventing scoring chance. So that’s some interesting endorsements!!
Dach looks to be fitting in and climbing out of his shell now that he’s on ice with peers n mates. He was sound professional during interviews and meetings. But to see him on ice he is showing to have much personality around the guys. So that’s cool. Someone that wears heart on sleeve will definitely fit in with bulk of Hawks, like, immediately!!
And puck was always finding Entwistle whenever he’d be on ice.
They all seem to agree. Bowman hasn’t left them much room on Chicago roster. But a couple tough decisions should ahead for coaches!!
Let’s Go Hawks!!! 🍻
Prospects are nice to look forward to , but I wish it was more like the NFL. I'd like to see more players drafted more NHL ready. If you wanna grow , then you have to change these old school hockey ways. I want to see a player in the NHL the next year after the draft. It's such a downer to have a draft and three years later before we hear their name in the NHL
Future looking bright
Slowly bring them up and fill holes where needed . good video .
Could you see hawks making another trade this week?
Thx for the vid❤️ great stuff as always
Evan Barrett and Jake wise may be sleepers. But I like your video and agree with the top 5. If Kubalik and Nylander pan out, the Hawks will have a lot of flexibility going forward for trades etc. I think Stan not only filled the ranks of the Hawks but also the Ice Hogs. The Hogs should be good this year. And there is a center Mikael Hakkerainen. He played for Muskegon last year. They say he is turning heads. And then there is the goalie Kevin Lankinen that played for Finland and won the Worlds recently. He is a Hawk who will play for Rockford with Delia.
I know I am a hawks fan but I feel like everyone is underestimating the hawks. Everyone thinks they had a bad offseason and that they won’t make the playoffs. I think they might have a chance at a playoff spot. I think they are having a good offseason.
How do you think the Blackhawks will be this season?
You left out niklas nordgren. He looks like the Finnish Alex debrincat and was playing with Lundell one of the potential top 10 picks in next years draft. Corey pronman had him as a top 30 player in his draft year.
Tim soderlund is around as well. The scouts and experts have been calling him the next Viktor Arvidsson.
The Blackhawks are loaded with prospects. And Dylan strome, Alex debrincat, Alex nylander, with early 30s stars in kane and toews. The Blackhawks aren't going away like most people think. They will be cup contenders as soon as 2020.
Hawks defense is going to sick in a few years.
You did your homework this time. Most national sources have only a glossy understanding of a particular team's situations. You nailed it. There was such a D-man logjam in the Hawks' system, that I can understand jettisoning Jokiharju. However, it is reasonable to have expected that he would have yielded more of a surefire commodity in return. Clearly, the Hawks are hoping that the "After" in the Nylander Before/After metamorphosis more closely resembles Panarin than Jurco – both had equally sick highlight reels, but (needless to say) one was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY better than the other. Nylander's dad played for the Hawks and averaged about 23 goals a year for three years. If Junior does at least that well, it would be a success depending on what Henri does. According to new Hawks' Goalie, Robin Lehner, Nylander is terrific, but simply got paired with unskilled players over the past couple years. Mindful of New Hawk, Zach Smith (a tough but perennial low scorer) put up 25 goals the year they put him on Stone's line.
What potential does Ian Mitchell show
