Who said hockey would be a farce in Florida? Six straight seasons our teams have made the finals and won three so far. I see the same matchup as last year, and the same result.
The Canes are becoming my Sharks. We had great talent and always won a lot of Regular Season games. Just couldn’t make it to the Finals more than once or come close to winning the Cup. It takes toughness, unselfishness, heart, defense-defense-defense or the best goalie. Coaching has to be solid. Thought the Sharks had it but we didn’t win.

Hurricanes got a win in the ECF in a rebuild year, with 4 rookies on the roster, lots of 1st rnd picks, and 30 million in cap space this summer.
