   Nobody cares if it’s a 4th line bum😏 the only reason is that it’s Marner. Toronto’s just pissed Marner’s leaving. Sounds very whiny.

   What I find hilariously ironic is that Marner will play for a team that will eventually stab him in the back if he doesn’t produce in the playoffs. He will be shipped off to a team that he won’t want to go to. Vegas plays hardball and don’t care about burning bridges.

    I'm a Leafs fan and even I think they're being stupid here. The Golden Knights aren't required to make a trade and Marner's not required to do a sign & trade. Vegas just knows that Toronto is over a barrel so they have no motivation to give up Theodore. That's not tampering.

    That said, I wouldn't be happy if all we got for Marner is Roy & Hague. I'm not sure I'll ever forgive this team for not doing whatever it needed to do to convince Marner to stay. We can't replace his regular season scoring, and we can't afford to lose that scoring.
