Marco can you please enlight me i haven't made my peace with Mctavish….i feel there is a way to get him and i would be willing to overpay i feel he's the last missing piece of the puzzle…? Anaheim only have 1 defensman signed for 26-27 and they will need to sign Carlsson Gauthier Mintyukov Zellweger Lacombe etc and Dostal still hasn't signed yet…i feel they actually have a lot less money than their cap shows right now?
I dont think its a steal for what was traded for Noah, but is probably a win-win… And we need to see him play with Habs, and in the playoffs to determine that

Dobson played in the Q and seems motivated to play for the Canadiens. And he won’t be the only star on the backend. The leadership core is also strong with Suzuki et al, so all Dobson has to do is play his stellar offensive game. These are great days people, great days!
Darche, like Hughes, represents this new generation of GMs who are more thoughtful and player-focused — willing to take less in a trade if it means doing right by the player, unlike the old-school GMs who only cared about getting the best return. And that's why Dobson is in Montreal.
