  1. The Florida Panthers are the first real dynasty since the Islanders let's goo!!
I can see two more straight cups. One game at a time!

  2. I would pay real American money for Bill Zito to take over the GM spot of the Dolphins. The Panthers are in good shape for years…. take a new challenge Bill.

  3. As a Leafs fan…..Bill Zito is THE best GM in the NHL right now. Got essentially ALL of their main core group locked up for the next 5-6 years. They'll be Cup contenders for most likely the ENTIRE duration of that period. They know everyone will be gunning for them, but seriously, WHO if anyone can topple this team now? I just don't see it happening. They have a legitimate chance to become the 1st team since the Islanders to three-peat. It's hard to do – the Lightning fell just short of a three-peat recently – but the difference here is the Panthers are getting BETTER each year & have all their top players signed long-term whereas the Lightning, though they were still able to make it to a 3rd straight Cup Final, had already parted with some of their key players along the way & I think even they knew their run as Cup champs was living on borrowed time. The Panthers? Even after winning back-to-back Stanley Cups they might still be JUST getting warmed up. 😮 The Panthers are the benchmark now for the rest of the league.
