Gibson is 31, not 36. Only the chronic complainers on social media, which is the minority of fans overall, think Yzerman should be removed. Most people I know are fine with Yzerman. He hasn't been perfect but so what. The rebuild is moving in the right direction even if it's slower than what fans want.
