  1. I stan Army and Steen but this is a headscratcher. Kept Buch but traded Boldy? Buch needs to go. Way too soft.

  2. Bolduc had a growing chemistry with Thomas, so its hard to see the sense of this. Would've preferred them dumping Kyrou.

  3. This hurts. Bolduc's 2nd half was exciting. I think he could be a hell of a 200 foot guy. This better work.

  4. 55 yr old & longtime Canadiens fan. The Blues just got them a heck of a hockey player. He will have one of the hardest shots in the league. He is big and can be nasty if called upon. Great offensive skill and mind. I worry this is the Chris Chelios trade 2.0 & anyone old enough knows what I mean. So Blues yes the Canadiens are taking as big of risk as you are trading Bolduc. Going forward. Yes Mailloux has what looks like a French name, however unlike Bolduc he is English. So no worries trying to understand any French English accent. 2nd, please enough of what happen when he was 17. He has made amends and has done so much to improve not only himself but many around him as well. He will be a longtime top dman for St.Louis as well as a leader in your dressingroom and community. Good luck Logan!! We already miss you…

  5. Bolduc ghockey got 33 points as a rookie while only playing 12.5 minutes per game. So many other players would have made a lot more sense than Bolduc. Texier, Joseph, Sundquist. Why would you ever trade a proven entity for a guy that won't make the roster this year and is horrible on defense??? Should have traded the ENIGMA called JORDAN KYROU. The reason you didn't is very few teams had interest in him because he doesn't play 200 foot hockey, loses almost every 50-50 puck on the boards, doesn't check, and compe playoff time he is a NO SHOW!!

  6. This is a stupid trade trade kyrou i hate kyrou i love bolduc if he trades Neighbours i will hate Armstrong even more Glad Thomas notch kicked in today

  7. Man, not a fan of this. From what I have heard about the d man coming back, sounds like has off ice issues sharing adult picks of ex girlfriends so he got some questionable issues. Really feel this was a waste of a prospect.

  8. You gotta trust Army. What did you know about Broberg, Holloway? What about Fowler? You know they have a full scouting report on who this guy is, from juniors to now. I loved Bolduc, I’m just gonna trust that Army knows more than I do. Bolduc, I hope you beast. We needed a right shot defenseman, young. Let’s see how it plays out.

  9. I saw our surplus of right wingers and thought this kind of move was a real possibility. I trust our management team fully evaluated this move and expect this move to work out for both teams. I still see another defensive player move coming.

  10. Logan didn't have a chance in Montreal as Molsen and the snooty woman that hangs around with him thought they were better than the kid …The snooty woman is paid by Molsen to look after snooty issues concerning the Habs …Total joke ..Blues got a future Hall of Famer !! It;s like Habs shipping Patric Roy out all over again …

  11. “Excellent shot”. To do WHAT? The Blues HAVE to be last in the league in slappers from the point.

  12. I’m over Army. 5 head coaches, let UFAs walk, one superstar drafted in his tenure (Valdi). Traded two captains. Tried to trade the current one. Now, traded a 2x 100-point (40-50G scorer) in QMJHL that outperformed almost all the Blues forwards down the stretch. MTL fleeced us unless this kid becomes a stud.

Oh, and he got lick with Binny. It’s not like they drafted him like DET drafted Datsyuk and Zetterberg.

Mad props for O’Reilly, Buchy and JayBo Also, Halloway and Broberg.

  13. I am so disappointed in this organization. Corporations are not people, but they are made up of people. And if they can add someone who participated in that kind of intentional decision that has long-term and serious ramifications on his victim, then I cannot in good conscience support such an organization.
