Thank you dougie but you have to go now. Also why is nobody mentioning about keeping Dumoulin he was lights out massive for us.
Ever since dougie got injured seasons ago he’s never been the same. I think he’s to injured for the dougie bomb. He makes lots of really dumb decisions. But I don’t think we ever trade him unless it’s for quin. But with that being said he is a veteran so if it isn’t for quin no idea who else we can get for him

Dougie Hamilton is ABSOLUTELY an attractive get to other teams, especially teams with cheap owners who are trying to reach the cap floor. Yes, he has a $9 million cap HIT, but after the Devils pay his $10 million signing bonus on Tuesday, his actual salary to be paid is only $4.8 million a year. Dougie for $4.8 million a year is pretty desirable… the problem is if Dougie wants to stay, the teams in question won't be on his 10 team list. The Rangers did something similar to Goudrow and just waived him knowing a team would pick him up, but I don't see Fitz being cut throat like that. He kept Blackwood, Vanecek, and Lindy all for a season too long and I expect Hamilton to be added to that list.
Hamilton was 7th in points on the Devils last year having only played 64 games. Dude is super underratted.
