Oilers signing boeser with the cap space we gifted them would be hilarious
Does he play goal… LoL
Living in Vancouver to living in Edmonton, how sad.
Kane is a great player!!! He got them to 2 CUP FINAL appearances…. He brings GRIT & scoring……. The Oilers lose good players and are NOT BETTER OFF FOR IT… Players are always on the move & thats Life— unfortunately …..
Boeser doesn't really play defense or have any grit, but if you want someone to stand relatively still but have streaky sniping ability, he is your guy.
I don't think Edmonton will have the money only because of McDavid and bouchard
If lucky with Silvos year considering the team infront of him when he took over for demko wasn't good defensively he definitely has some value that Canucks can trade him for a pretty good top prospect or for a 1st or get the best deal possible it's definitely gonna be costly for teams but they are all gonna want him he still is considered a good young rookie goaltender or even package him for someone to try to help them win now.
Edmonton has been pretty weak at RW so I can see it making sense for them.
Edit: I think Boeser goes to Minnesota in the end anyway, though.
Boeser will get other offers… and can pick and choose. He may prefer a US city.
Canucks trade RNH for silovs+
Oh gawd no
If Brock wants to get paid, that's cool. If he wants to win a cup though, look elsewhere.
Well theres rumors and talks about Oilers changing there Goalie coach for Dallas Stars Goalie coach and if thats true and do it then Oilers would have a new coach, and then trade Adverson and if they can make it possible to get Boeser and Slivos then that would be a score but will see what happenes
If the Leaf’s can sign Knies for 6 x $7.75m, surely the Canucks can sign Boesser for 6 x $8m….
Silovs has show he can be a game breaker in the highest levels of competition. At this point he’s worth the chance he’d be cheap probably
Drasaitl – McDavid – Boeser – Hyman – Bouchard as PP1 and Boeser will likely hit 50+ goals…
Boeser would be a monster with Leon. Both are one shot scorers, but having a legitimate second shooter with him would make Leon even more deadly. Late in the playoffs, goalies were cheating to stop his low zone one timer. Boeser staying high would prevent that. Kane can do a lot – but he does not have a strong release.
I trade silovs somewhere in the east then the west
Beoser and Silovs will be oilers
Boeser is 95% going to Minnesota. However silica would be an improvement over both goalies and is still pretty young
If Boeser comes to the Oilers its gonna be a shorter deal like probably 2-3 years where he can farm up points on a line with either McDavid or Draisaitl and then hes gonna go get paid elsewhere
I would take anybody over skinner in edmonton😂
