Lego you need to trim these down a bit lot of fluff.
Vegas does tamper
Marner gets suspended 41 games then signs 4 year deal to play in Russia 😂 🏆 🥂
Honestly, I'd be hocked if last year, Boston didn't do a little tampering with the Zedorov negotiations, given they had an identical offer the second the clock struck midnight on July 1 practically, and Zedorov was refusing all contract offers from the Canucks within the last couple of days, almost as if he already knew that Boston offer was coming. I'm also a bit surprised the Canucks didn't file a tampering charge on Boston for that. Even the Lindholm one seems a but suspect, given he wasn't offered that much more then the Canucks were offering him so how did he know beforehand such a deal was on the table? Why would he reject Vancouver's offer unless he already knew Boston had a little bit more on the table beforehand?
As for the Golden Knights, they've had such a sweetheart deal thus far, with being allowed to play fast and loose with the LTIR rules, and even the expansion draft rules they got that allowed too many top tier players to have to be left unprotected, enough that they could assemble an instant contender, with no normal expansion team build process that every other expansion team has had to go through, save the original teams back in the ~1920 era when the league first started.
if the leafs are wrong they should be punished also—this kind of thing needs kept under control
The Marner and Vegas drama has been going on since last year. While on contract with Toronto who didn't give permission to Vegas to talk to Marner. Remember players who are bound to a team who have their rights do give permission to the player and the other team to speak before and on July 1st FA opens.
Did Marner really go to Vegas to look at houses? That would be a line to tampering.
Leafs just can’t seem to stop choking. But lots of Vegas haters out there, they need a villain and Vegas surely plays the role well, in a nice way.
doesnt the suspension or expulsion count for the executive who contributed to the act of tampering as well as the player
