  1. Lol…I love it how every time Donnie tries to say something Rick would say…stop! Stop! Stop it!! 😂

  2. It’s not a great signing, if he was so valuable Edmonton would have found a way to keep him. Where every he’s gone it’s not gone well

  3. Allvin mentioned that Foote was in on the discussions. So I don't think this trade is a negative towards Foote. Since Foote gave his seal of approval on it. With that said, it's insanely low cost, high reward. He either gives us exactly what we need, or is a problem and we can trade him at the TDL or just let him walk next summer. I think we can't hold people to their worst moments their whole lives. From everything I heard out of Edmonton he's been good. Even seen that post where he took a young girl recovering from a brain tumour to Disneyland. I am in the benefit of the doubt camp. Give em a chance.

  4. Wow what a drama queen Dhali is being on Evander Kane. Thank you for being positive about it though Donnie. I feel same way, it’s a one year deal. And I don’t believe the bs about Winnipeg was all Evander Kane. Blake Wheeler and Dustin Byfugelin were cancers in that dressing room.

  5. With all the c*** that's going on in the world. Getting ready for World War 3. You guys just trying to start it in Vancouver?

  6. PLEASE get rid of Dhali – he cannot and will not ever listen to an opposing PoV without going full confrontational demeanor.

  7. Really gonna miss Kaner. He will help Vancouver a lot. Oilers gave him up because of the piss poor trades they have made in the past and can no longer afford him. . Now they have no tough guys on the team to stand up for our stars. For some stupid reason they think Skinner is worth keeping. Ridiculous. As long as they have Skinner the cup is a big no.

  8. I think this was a good move! The guy can score hes adds toughness to our line up and can protect hughes and petty. Give the guy a shot I think he's changed from the guy he's was 2-3 years ago. He also has lots of playoff experience.

  9. He isnt a brock Boeser replacement. They aren’t expecting him to score 40 goals.

Alvin said today they saw an opportunity to improve their top 9/middle six forward group.

There are more moves to come, relax.

  10. I'd like to see Bains, Karlsson and Sasson as the 4th line. And give them time to play together and grow. Don't shuffle them to-and-from the AHL.

  11. I don’t care what Kane brings to the table. Giving the oilers much needed cap space for another run at the cup is beyond frustrating

  12. This guy has turned his life around . People want to hate him for shit he did in his younger years. Fact is ,nobody in Edmonton has bad things to say about him. He has not been a locker room cancer. He has turned his life around. Alot of shit in the past has been instigated by his crazy ass ex looking for some recognition of her own.

  13. Dhaliwal, you are becoming a dinosaur, not to mention a little tone deaf. The Canucks need a player like Kane, a player who is rugged and who protect Hughes. Way too negative, man.

  14. If the Canucks think Kane is the replacement for Boeser, then this trade is not going to do it. If Kane and Boeser can be the first and second line RWs, then I think it is a low risk investment that I can live with.

For all we know, the guy has matured in his days in Edmonton, and we saw how he has played a role in the playoffs. I do not oppose the trade; just worried that the trade signals that the Canucks have given up on resigning Boeser.

  15. Horrible move for Oil, great move for Van, Edm will absolutely regret this screwball choice. Bet Connor demanded Bouchard over Kane. Be Bye Oilers Cup chance from here out, stupidest trade seen in years TRADE BOUCHARD ,

DOESN'T ANY ONE WATCH GAME REPLAY SHOWING BOUCHARD BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR 60% goals against , and you want to reward his lazy liability spotty defense habits .

Connor, unfortunately you will grow to see this as The WORST "putting your foot down ", moment I predict ending Your chance to win a Cup, in Edm

Hold my beer , you will see in a few months , click friends don't necessarily mean good cohesion , and now looks to begin another "DECADE OF DARKNESS PART II" to bring about a wholesale rebuild , when Drai, and Hyman and the rest give you nothing compared to 'WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN "

ALMOST SEEMS LIKE INTENTIONAL INCOMPETENCE To ENSURE NO CUP For OILERS For Quite a LONGTIME

Was Bouchard worth that , F NO.

  16. So many oiler fans pacifying Canuck fans, lol. Thanks but no thanks. Funny the Canucks are the only team that would accept controversial players. It’s built in their culture. Well let’s tinker and test it out. Lockerroom cancer in the past, pedey bullied last yr by teammate… but well let’s chance it one more at the expense of our fans. Not a great time to test the psyche of a new head coach, Hughes possibly leaving, pedey heading to a mental institute if this continues… just pathetic decision makers.

  17. Dhaliwal you're a schlub. Either cheer for the canucks or join the leafs. The way you talk i wonder how people respect you?

  18. @3:40 In the Allvin interview, he stated that this decision was also made by Adam foote. He wouldn't have gotten Evander Kane otherwise.. Never talked to the players before the trade.

  19. Kane provides sandpaper they have zero now they got some Rick needs to stfu just trying to stir the pot guts an idiot period

  20. gonna miss Kane in Edmonton there Traded him for stupid cap space for Nurses who is overpaid not worth close to 10 Million Kane going to waste his career in Vancouver not expected them in NHL 2025-26 season Kane was best D-man Oilers Traded Him Gee
