Ducks fan here, the salary space isn't necessarily for this season. Next summer we have an insane amount of RFAs. Carlsson, Gauthier, LaCombe, Zellweger, Mintyukov and im probably forgetting someone

If the Red Wings were able to form another Grind Line to actually challenge opposing top lines, that would be best outcome for Detroit trying to rebuild what they once had.
Gibson may or may not be a repeat of when Vernon came into Detroit.
Without Detroit having some physicality and push back ability, it doesn't matter who's between the pipes, it's another bust season, before it even begins!
Gibson is the best goalie detroit has had since jimmy howard was still good, you guys deserve this. I really thought Edmonton would've done this but yeah, im convinced theyre clueless in the realm of goaltending
