I'm a Blues fan…I'd hate to see Binnington go, but at the same time, I'd trade him for a 1st & Pickard (& maybe a 4th round kicker if they can get it)…The Blues have Colton Ellis waiting in the wings … If it was me & the Blues suddenly had a second 1st rounder, if Ravensbergen were available on the 2nd of the 1st rd pics, I'd snag him then…..Call me crazy, but if I could somehow package Kyrou, and wind up with Necas, signed to a minimum 4 ( up to 8 yrs) year extension (@ 9M), I'd do that also….I'd buy out leddy & see what it would take to bring LA's Spence…

I think the Oilers need to look at goalies out there that have the mental toughness to not fall apart when they get completely hung to dry like Bouch and Nurse are GOING to do all day..
They should give Campbell a huge contract and see if he can fix their extremely bad team defense and horrible back check. Don't think their issue is in goal. How many goalies have they tried and failed and then those goalies move on and become brick walls for their new teams?
There is one major factor with this team that everyone refuses to talk about and that is their top two players are so focused on trying to score on every rush that they don't pay attention to the defensive side of the puck. The rest of the team takes their marching orders from those two

I really liked what Hutton said about the 'goaltending coach' in St.Louis. Do you remember Devon Dubnyk? Once he got a good goalie coach he became an allstar (not sure why he couldn't keep it up though, after about 4 seasons or so he fell off a cliff). What I mean is, instead of getting a new goalie – why don't we just get a new goalie coach? Skinner may already be 'the guy'

I am a big Blackhawks fan I have to thank Frank all be it several years later I once emailed stating that the Hawks were going back to the cup when thy required Oduya from Dallas as I thought they could hot lightening in a bottle.
