Justin Carbonneau = Fulton Reed (Mighty Ducks movie). This kid is vicious like Tony Twist was, but instead of fights, he can consistently score goals or build a play for his line. He will be as loved as Snugger is almost immediately once he's ready to hit the ice. He wept with excitement after he got drafted. That's a kid that's got a soul for hockey, and I'm glad he's a Blue.

Adam kimmelman said just 3 days earlier online to Russ show guy in philly, if flyers can move up for Nesbitt it's the biggest steal in the teens in the draft..upside is crazy high

I'm extremely happy with Desnoyers. He'll be a VERY nice 2C for us in 2-3 years. Love his game.

Islanders really did outstanding. To get Schaefer, Eklund and Aitcheson is quite the haul and their prospect system is looking so much better now. I know some Islanders fans are upset those two picks couldn't be used to move up to get Hagens, but MAN did it work out for y'all . Those three are going to be great for the Islanders. Congrats Isles fan! Future is so bright!

Carbinnou going that late in the draft is insane. Arguably one of the top five forwards in this years draft.

Nesbitt at 12 might be the most horrifying flyer draft pick I can remember in my 50 years of following the team.
You traded 2 firsts to move up for a 4th line center at best ? Briere just isn't impressing me at GM. Luchenko was upsetting, maybe because he's not an elite prospect either, and now Nesbitt, its like he, or the scouts, don't watch much hockey

GD Preds…🤦 let's hope this kid doesn't become the next Colin Wilson. I was not thrilled about it with who was on the board. Would've dropped down and snagged another asset if possible, especially if this was "the guy". Maybe they tried…don't know. I'm okay with Reid…Ryker sure…time will tell. A big RD would be nice to start the 2nd round. Seeing SJ snag Ravensbergen, which I wholly advise against taking a netminder in the 1st and 2nd with our draft history, was 🤌…signals to Askforatrade that he needs to prove it in the coming years. Something he didn't wanna do here and still ended up in the AHL this past season.

Almost all hockey scouts and hockey experts agreed that Schaefer is clearly the best prospect in this draft. He was a clear cut #1 so your take on Misa is off base compared to the guys who do this for a living.

I’m very reserved for the Nesbit pick. 3rd line center at 12 is crazy. If he makes it to 2nd line, than he either improved massively or we still ain’t making the playoffs.

Isles won the draft. Bruins got a steal (take care of Hagens). and most shocking of all WTF were the flyer thinking??

IMO, the biggest steals: Hagens, Eklund, Aitcheson, Bear, Lakovic…and whoever gets Spence and Fiddler in round 2.
