St. Louis Blues first-round pick Justin Carbonneau speaks to FanDuel Sports Network’s Andy Strickland after being selected with the 19th overall pick at the 2025 NHL Draft.
interviews well. seems to have the right mentality. sort of a humble confidence. will need to be responsible in his own end to make the team someday. but if we can groom bolduc from the Q and kyrou into a responsible player, I feel confident in the blues development to do the same for him.
Uh yeah hes hoping to be on the ice for the um blues right away. But uh hey looking forward to seeing him you know knock some heads around and lets go blues love his mindset
I’m hoping the kid goes straight to NHL and our Blues coach him up, Monty is known for coaching kids to their full potential and this kid has got a ton of potential! Huge steal!

If this kids attitude translates to his game. Oh man. He could be a good good pick up. He's getting me excited about him 😂
GO BLUES!

Hell yeah ! I'm fired up. Kid said all the right things to be a blue ! He's gonna love Nathan walker 😂
Haven’t felt this excited about a prospect since we drafted Robert Thomas, similar skill set i believe in a bigger body

I’m calling it now. He’s going to be like are Marchand but bigger. Maybe more like a thachuck
Obviously not his first interview, handled it well. Blues should be patient in his development. Boston College next year would be good for him.
