All correct. Through experience, anything above 30° starts working delts and turns more and more into a shoulder press. Clavicular head is a fine balance to find if you wanna work it
Dude but you can clearly see in the video it is in line with the upper pec fibers + it’s INDIVIDUAL, personally I dont feel shit in py upper pecs at 15-30° but at 40-50° my upper pecs are on fire, thats might not be true for you or the other but everybody’s different

I like just slightly inclined. Maybe 15 degrees. But it's all about what gets the best connection, everyday is different 🤷

scientifically, 15 or 30 are both fine but when the bench is higher than 30, studies show higher front delt are activated more.
