  1. Peterka and Dobson were acquired at bargains. The Canucks shouldn’t shy away from aiming for quality players. The Wild won’t give Rossi for a reasonable price. I guess Byram is next.

  2. Garland is the only guy that shows up 4 Canucks THIS SIGNING SHOULD BE A STATEMENT 4 OTHER PLAYERS to never be lazy, on any given night. .Statement signing Ftw.

  3. I don't think we need more defense. I think we are good on that front. Kind of like some of the UFA's. Still think it would be an idea to pick up Jeannot for the second line with Chytil. Why waste his talent without protection. I can see some moves and can see us doing better than last year and even Hughes making it through the whole season and Petey being happy and taking off again because Kane will allow him to play his game. Not sure about cup aspirations but a good chance at the playoffs. Still think we need to keep Joshua for our third line. Those bigger bodies help. Slowly moving in the right direction again. My vision for the second line would be Chytil Jonathan and Jeannot. O'Connor would have to play a lot tougher. But he could play on the second line. Big fast forward. Even then you could have Jeannot on that line. It would be a big line. with speed.

  4. Well imo building a championship team will take players who want to be on that team, in that city. I firmly believe we need to build a team that not only has some Canadian pride but is willing to take a hit on the contract in order to keep cap space open so free agents can be brought on board that put the team over the top.

  5. Carbonneau is by far the best player out of them as 15 pick 6 foot two 190 lbs . Petey needs a skilled player with size. With Kuzmenko Petey head 100 point. Tocchet got rid of Kuzmenko. Pettey droped to 50 plus points.
