This is a huge accomplishment for the organization. Goaltenders take longer to blossom. I would trade Demko and get what we can.

I like demko but with his injuries it would be best if he was traded for the team not so much for the fans

Silovs seems to have a really high ceiling and plays so well in big games. Lankinen is great but I think if Silovs looks good at development camp then I really hope they keep him and use Lankinen as a trade chip.
