Hey Clay! First here haha. I remember watching Kane play for the Giants at Pacific Coliseum.
What did you think of Evander Kane's answers? What answer stood out to you and why?
I did love the reference to nazzy, the twins. We should give him the benefit of the doubt In my opinion
Terrible trade but who knows maybe he will have an insane season and we can trade him for more later.
Need This Type Of Guy On The Ice Who Cares About All The Other Crap
It struck me that his face seemed to anticipate pre-judgements. Overall the media was pretty fair to him and Evander handled every question very well
I find that a lot of the fans find this trade terrible.
This is actually a good edition to Vancouver.
4th round pick is peanuts and the salary is manageable.
It’s a contract year and he’s excited to play here for his hometown team and also make another contract.
I feel as fans we have to give him the benefit of the doubt.
He may be electric, everyone hating on him will be cheering for him when he scores some goals or wins a fight.
Well, turns out he's actually quite intelligent by the way he presents himself. Most of the other stuff he carries with him doesn't really tell me much except he had maturity issues in the past. The biggest thing is if he can work with his teammates and gain their respect. That he passed that test over a long duration in EDM means for me that he has a good chance of continuing that trend. And so this deal is a small risk with decent upside.
Oiler fan from Edmonton here….Bowman Fucked up. Kane for a 4th rounder? Canucks fans should be very happy. I think he will surprise some of you. I am betting 30 Goals at least and he opens up a lot more room for Petey. Kane is used to playing with high skilled guys now….Enjoy. Good Luck Evander.

I liked it, I know he says he won’t change, but I was hoping he would have said he wants to be better, or learn or say something like I hope to have the right chemistry to get back to compete for the cup .
