He could go higher, and could go lower, but 7th seems like a popular placement for him.

I want BRUINS to get caleb have feeling he will be gone unfortunately
there seems to be interest in Chicago…he might not get past 3
Good to learn about prospects I dont know much about. Also hearing Mario Lemieux & a partner are looking to buy back the Pens.(per Pierre Lebrun) So…stay tuned for news of the day video?
If the Bruins get Desnoyers I'm gonna have to try REALLY hard to not immediately proclaim him the 2nd coming of Bergeron, his draft profile reads Bergeron all the way through
I'm so high on Desnoyers. I really think Chicago should consider him at 3. A two-way center with great hockey sense and excellent playmaking could be the perfect complement to Bedard.
I think I speak for everyone when we say that The Bruins hopefully draft the next Nail Yakupov
From watching him a lot this year I can say he's probably the perfect modern player. Every team would want an elite playmaker who is strong defensively and loves to throw the body
It’d also be key to mention Caleb’s brother, Elliot Desnoyers, is a Flyers prospect. With Philly needing that protection no. 1 center prospect, and the idea of reuniting the two brothers, I think it’s a no brainer for Briere to take him if he’s available.
French Canadian prospect : exists
French Canadian media : habs HAVE TO draft him (hundreds of hours of airtime on that is happening rn)
for future reference : his name is pronounced "day-noah-yay"
I don't think he will last until #6. It would be intriguing since his older brother plays for the Flyers AHL team. I think Hagens falls to them. Then with 22, 31/32, & 4 picks in round #2, I expect trade scenarios. Tippett, Brink, & York have been in a lot of rumors.
We have Desnoyer jumping as high as 4, maybe even 3. Utah scouts the Q pretty heavy and have had their eyes on him enough times to know what he is
He is going higher than 7 for sure
Flyers are definitely a high possibility to draft Caleb if he’s there. His brother Elliot was drafted by the Flyers. Which would have been important to note in this video.
Who are the Canucks projected to get at 15?
"Day""nwa""yay"….not "Day""no""yay"😂A for effort but just NO
Got to watch him a few times in Moncton this year, he's going to be a great player. Always in the right place at the right time. Great IQ.
Its going to be fun seeing him develop and how is career works out. The one thing I've heard is that it can be difficult evaluating players in the Q. We'll see!
Desnoyers brothers in Philly? Make it happen!
Honestly I could see Utah taking him. Do they really trust Hayton as their long term 2C? I don’t really know if he has that in him. Most likely at 4th, Utah can either take another winger behind Keller, Guenther, Schmaltz, and Daniil But, or they take a center in either a smaller guy like Hagens, or a more physically mature center like Frondell, Desnoyers, or even O’Brien.
Utah loves to draft big players though, and Martone could be seen as a future top 6 right handed winger once Schmaltz is either gone or just regresses. On a Cup team, Schmaltz is probably 3rd line anyway. But that’s only if Martone hits as a top 6 winger.
Sounds like a great pick for the Bruins
Ist round picks are potential difference makers. Light, high floor, and not a good skater.
Sounds like a #35 overall pick.
#4 to Utah or Chicago tankathon.
Some places have him as high as fifth. Of Shaefer, Misa, Martone, Hagens, Desnoyers, Frondell, and Eklund, only Martone and Eklund shoot rightie and Eklund play LW and Martone RW, while the rest of the top talent are centers except for Scheafer, a d-man. I'd look for teams with a dearth of top six lefty talent to be trying to get in on this action, especially with the cap rising over these two years as the drafties who play right away skate through their rookie contracts.
I want him SO BADLY in Montréal, even if it's not going to happen
That's a good one if bruins have a chance to take
Two bad wrists sounds a bit odd to me. It seems like nobody is talking about it even though it's been an issue sinxe November???
Shaefer
Misa
Desnoyers
Frondell
Hagens
O Brien
Martone
McQueen
Mrtka
Martin
Aitchenson
Carbonneau
Smith
Boumdienne
Looks like one of the safest picks for a second line center. Probably not enough high end talent for the first line, but a very refined all around game
He was amazing in the Q. Loved him in Armada too
