Just sign Kuz, that's the easiest solution, he will be cheap and cost no prospects or draft picks, he's not perfect, but he can help the Habs and Demidov short term, he aged, he's wiser than when he was younger.
What a useless video to make before the draft and before July 1st
USELESS
Hughes & Gorton have made a move every single summer whether at draft or in Summer or mid season
The team is not a contender yet but is heading in the right direction. Right here at this moment forecasting next season they will finish just outside of the payoffs if things go off the rails to a second appearance if things go well. Enjoy the ride.
I think a draft night trade that might make sense is this: the Rags just conceded their 1st ( 12th overall) to the Pens. The Pens look to be in full rebuild mode). It their is a player the Habs like on the board at 12, they can trade their 16th or 17th plus their 2nd that they own from the Pens to move up..
theres no bad news. saved you 12 min
no players available due in part to this never ending expansion—-they need to lay off that for at least the next 5 to 7 years
Let's grab Demidov's idol, Malkin as the 2C for one season, I'm sure it would help boost his confidence and talent increase faster, with Laine on the other side.
