Goaltending didn't win games for Edmonton, but it didn't lose games either. If the team in front of them played decent, let alone good defense, the goalie tandum would be fine; but they don't. Forwards are generally horible defensively, led by the TERRIBLE Mc?Defense?, and the Nurses and Bouchards are give-away beasts, following McD up the ice when the puck is still in the Oilers zone… Stop blaming the G's… take YOUR responsibilty for YOUR lack of defensive "leadership", Mc?Defense?!

Solid move for Jets they play great in the regular season but struggle in the playoffs, Toews will bring some playoff experience.
Not really shocking that Bennet is staying with the Panthers he loves the culture and wants to win. Goes to show when a player cares more about his org and culture. Big win for both.
As a former Blackhawks fan all through high school/college age years (I just don’t like Bedard and this team, and I was a Pens fan first), I love Toews. He’s my 3rd fav player all time behind Crosby & MacKinnon. Still have his Jersey hangin in the closet. He was Barkov before Barkov, the best 2-way player in the game by far in his prime.
