Evidence points to the canucks management adding a 2C
Chytil is a rare combination of size, speed and a power forward attitude. The problem is that he can’t stay healthy. He has no fear carrying the puck up ice and for his size, no one on the team has that. But again, he gets concussed a lot.
Canucks get weaker with every trade. This team is going nowhere. Time to tear down and rebuild.
They need to, but realistically they're not getting 22-25 yesr old , up-and -coming centres for anything less than an "arm and a leg". These types of players aren't exactly shopped around like they're a dime-a-dozen. Personally Id prefer them to move up in the draft into the top ten and draft a centre (this draft has 7 centre's ranked in the top 10) and then sign a veteran to fill the number 2 role for the time being until the draft pick is ready. It's a risk, but it's a lot cheaper than selling the farm for a second line center.
Vancouver needs to do better than Jeff . Don’t think he could be any more negative .
Move him to the wing
Chytil is damaged goods with a history of concussions, they knew that when they traded for him and what happens two months later, he gets a concussion, shocker !!
idk if anybody else sees but the way he plays, he never tenses his neck, he always looks down a lot more loosely and everytime hes hit unexpectedly his neck is always flopping and his head snaps so easily

I really think that the canucks play their cards right we could have some of the BEST center depth. If we can land guys who are top 6 players who can play center or wing then were set. Imagine rossi being a 2c, chytil a 3c, and having raty, sasson, aman, or even blugar as our 4c's. And if we keep suter its even better
Totally agreed. All the red flags and what ifs make it tough. For get about deep playoffs for the next 2 years. Be realistic, people are too hopeful some time.
