McDavid's priority is winning cups. Oilers have shown they can consistently get to the finals. Yeah they didn't win it but why would any team that can't say the same think they're an appealing destination? I know you're all licking your chops lol at the thought but sorry, McD isnt going anywhere else at least until the Oilers start a pattern of missing the SCF.

I think McDavid will resign but it won't be 8 years i think he might sign like 3, 4, 5 years just to put pressure on the Management cause he wants to win so bad if the management cared they will do anything to keep him, and if he wins just one his next contract could be an 8 year.. but if he does move and wants to be traded Oilers would be asking alot for McDavid
