  1. As a Caps fan, I'll always appreciate you guys hosting us in that one game with Ovi scoring on his back, with the Great One coaching and Auston Matthews in attendance.

  2. I'm so glad this team is out of Arizona they just got abused and beaten until there was little left. Seeing that warm welcome from Utah must've felt so good to the current players of that team it was a happy ending to a terrible situation.

  3. Ironic 96-97 till 10-11 seasons 0 playoff series wins
11-12 Winnipeg gets NHL franchise and coyotes FINALLY not only win a playoff series they win 2 lol

  4. I’m a Stars fan and I know our teams didn’t exactly get along but as someone who lives nearly exactly in between Dallas and Phoenix, I found a special excitement watching our teams play each other. I truly hope that one day you all will have the Coyotes again. Also f Meruelo

  5. Bro I’m not joking pleaseee make more sports content on teams this is so good I know we are all waiting !!!!!!

  6. This video was extremely well done. I truly feel sorry for the hockey community in Arizona that truly loved this team. The ownership situation was such an ongoing clown show that this team simply had to move with how bad the optics had become. It's really unfortunate given that Bill Armstrong has proven to be a legitimately competent GM and could have built something in the desert. It is incredible how poorly the Coyotes nearly 30 year tenure went in the desert. Arizona hockey fans deserve better and I hope they get better someday. I'm an Edmonton Oilers fan who has also had to deal with threats of my team moving over time, so I was more than happy that the Coyotes got a send off beating the 2024 Western Conference Champions in their final game.

  7. I still lived in Mesa back when there were talks to convert Fiesta Mall to a campus. Now that the Coyotes deal has also fallen through, I kinda feel like it's just going to sit there, another empty mall in America.

  8. The Mammoth have been strongly embraced by the Utah community and with the changes coming to the Delta Center, a supportive owner, and a stable of future draft picks/tons of salary cap space, a Stanley Cup run is on the horizon.

  9. 2:22:13 Fun Fact: That man stole the banner from the arena as a employee. Snuck into the equipment room where the rest of the belongings was. He claims the arena trashed it. But its impossible as MOST arena's including gila river arena has trash compactors. And it would of been compacted if thrown away. He tried to play nice guy and returned it.

  10. As a Winnipegger, I never had much love for the Coyotes. Your video has expanded my horizons. The litany of disaster after screwup after disaster… Now I can empathize with you poor bastards.

Also appreciated the annual jersey updates. Another litany of screwups for a team that managed to get the jersey right the first time.

  11. the K is SILENT in Khabibulin. God so many of you hockey youtubers get so many names wrong it makes me think you must be new to the sport and all these icons names.

  12. People… who aren’t local, who aren’t fans, who have to answer to other owners, and who are in it to eventually sell it should not be owners. It's true for all pro sports. New owners should be vetted.

  13. yes, hockey belongs in Arizona. They need to dig deep. Find their roots where they did win. It’s right there on their front of their face right downtown Phoenix. I have played there before just rebuild it.
