The St. Louis Blues were eliminated in double OT with one of the craziest comebacks in a game 7

  1. This was brutal but I am still proud that a team that wasn’t supposed to be in the playoffs put up the biggest fight in it. No flukes or skating by – their wins were big ones. This hurts though.

  2. Just like it was our year in 19, dallas had the puck 3/4 over the goal line on us, but not all the way over the line. Then we win in ot. Then win the cup. When its your time, things go your way, 2 secs away from elimination and pull it out? Yeah , when that happens its finally time for Winnipeg.

  3. I really Dont think the Blues were getting past Dallas anyways. HTS, Armstrong has got to get that defense bigger, its just not good enough.

  4. the blues were NOT the better team for MAJORITY of the game, the jets slowly took over this game midway thru the second and if it wasnt for our average Hellybuck we would have won this game without a need for 2OT

  5. Same thing happened to the bruins in the finals against chicago.they outplayed Chicago in 5 of 6 games and still didn't get to game 7.thats hockey plain and simple and you better get used to it very few teams win more than lose in the playoffs

  6. As a Jets fan, I feel y'alls pain of 1st round let-downs. I was givIng up and cursing my Jets down 3-1 with 5 minutes left. Your 8th seed pushed us almost to elimination. Your team will always have 2019, and this was our day.

  7. I’m on the fire Steve Ott bandwagon now. No excuses to lose a game like that. This time it wasn’t a player and skill issue. It was a focus issue. And from what I read, this falls on the assistant coaches hands. Yeah it’s possible they couldn’t have gotten past the 2nd round even if they did win last night. But it would have been great to get that milestone. In the end it’s better to get blown out than lose like this.
