  1. I see no reason to change my pick BUT Florida has started better, oilers have chased this whole series, top starts have struggled, but yeah Edmonton will win?? Help me make that math?

  2. Of ALL the players who have won a cup making more than 11% of a teams cap, which is 3 players total 😂 between only 2 teams, 100% of those 3 players had already won a cup BEFORE signing the contract.
The % of players making more than 12% is only going up while 100% of the cup winners continue to have their success by better allocated cap.
Its almost obnoxious how predictable it is and hilarious how naive fans are that cant spot the difference between the guys playing to win the guys playing to get paid, or the GM/owners that "want to win" but continue to follow the failed model solely to keep fans happy and sell tickets. Which ironically, winning would cure. But for most, it's not about that.

  3. I’m sorry. The Colby is such a prick ; I usually wouldn’t say that, but he literally acts like a fuckhead so many times I honestly wonder how Johny deals with that shit sometimes Colby is such a negative fucking fuck. I would hate to be him honestly.

  4. Why does no one talk about how the no state income tax is only at most for half the teams games. Tax is based on where the game is played

  5. Stanley Cup way more important than the Olympics. Maybe I think that because I'm older and remember when the Olympics were a sham of the Russian team beating up on teenagers and beer leaguers in the 70s, but we're all talking about legacy here, well say McDavid wins the Olympic gold medal next year but never wins the Stanley Cup. His legacy is gonna be "he never won the Cup". If he wins the cup but no gold medal, nobody's gonna give a shit that he didn't win in the Olympics just like nobody gives a shit that Bobby Orr and Mike Bossy and Guy Lafleur and Wayne Gretzky never won an Olympic gold. Winning a Stanley Cup is what counts. An Olympic gold medal is just a nice cute little thing on the side.
