Couldn't agree more. You're in control of your own stick, even IF Marchand were to give the final push for the stick to hit him in the face, your stick shouldn't be there to begin with. 100% agree it was the right call, the right team won tonight.
Really interesting that instead of playing the puck right in front of him Marchand elects to instead push up Kane's stick into his face…curious. Then wow…the force Kane's stick got him was so bad to have that kind of reaction. 100% embellishment. Refs bought it. PP for Panthers.
