box they get tighter they get tighter they get tighter Bakersfield just comes into the shooting zones even closer you want to get out you want to be aggressive you don’t want this Bakersfield team holding the puck you want to push them around the ice I think the GS played the wrong way killing penalties against this Bakersfield team calls PK it’s been pretty good here the last stretch last 12 games working at 84.6% but just two for five here tonight and there’s your story two Power Play Goals in the third period the gos find themselves chasing once more 177 to play a clock now the enemy as mccuan now the GS working down the left wing side icing call will be whistled as Jud Coffield redirecting that one couldn’t get to the red line in time we’ll goe back to San Diego Ice with 606 to play and the GS have a couple players on the ice just gasping for breath right now so they’ve got a problem they’ve got to take this this face off get that puck out make a line change right now they’ve got a couple fresh guys that are fors but their defensemen are just gasping for air draw to the left of bat linaa steps in one of the G’s better face off men leads this one in the dot Little Help from the Ice no icing perau provides Chase it’ll take car in Canal leaning in on him to take the puck away as Carpenter moves it ahead to Center I for regenda right wing side he’s got a man with him my adic calls head back behind the net regenda to the far side wall looking for nikovic Peterson steps in front of him the puck is chopped off the Stick of regenda look out left wing side here’s a chance of seavoy puts it in front for Peterson and he’ll send it home Pok down the left wall sooy sets up Peterson for the insurance marker and it’s 53 Bakersfield well that’s the one that really hurts the GS the GS got the fiveman push going and they’ve got a defenseman pushing up on the play but on the back check the GS really don’t have anybody coming back Bakersfield’s got three players to the GS one on the play that’s when you’re overloading on the offense and you just got nobody back on defense I feel for the Young net Miner the hole back to two as the Condors make their way back into this one third period an icing call against Bakersfield and will come down to Condor ice the gos needing two to tie well the GS had that push going again here pille rega getting that puck in deep and you get a defenseman pinching on the play but when the puck comes over the Blue Line you need a a either a Winger or centerman backing up the defenseman that’s pinching you got a defenseman and three forwards dump in was on the other side of the red line and now it’s touched up too many men the goals seven guys on the ice 5 seven yeah well that’s true that’ll pretty much do it with a minute and 27 seconds left the GS with seven bodies on the ice the legal Mount was six with the goal tender pulled and down by two goals time will just about run out while you you can flip the script but you still got to read it as the goals went down two nothing a three-goal second period for the San Diego GS to take a one-goal lead heading into the third and the Condors coming right back a pair of Power Play Goals ties the game takes the lead Insurance tally for Lan Peterson that’s our story with the calls down 5 to three well with the Young net minder pulled from the net there it it’s tough when you got six players on the ice but as a team when you put seven players on the ice that’s a mix up and that’s not a coaching staff problem that’s communication problem on the bench with the players right now five on four another Power Play Chance got to get it out to neutral ice with possession and then try to get the goener off to play five on five with an empty net but it’s Peterson with it out neutral light stripped to the puck by go he’ll feed it into the Zone down the left wing side boutet is going to stay in the net as controlling is Denine to the right of his go chender think it can just kill the clock pretty much that’s what Den’s going to do he’s just going to hold back in his circles no reason not to took it out to neutral I drop it backwards and here goes Griffin steers it across the gall stripe forced ahead by Coffield they got maybe a rush here right wing side with 42 seconds left but getting back is aoy to pick the pocket and he’ll send this out ahead the Condor is work in the zone Griffith cross ice feet poked by Hines and he’ll skate with this one out to neutral with half a minute to play Hines on the half ball digs away five on four calls are short-handed because of the too many men on the ice call with the goener pulled and dumped into G’s ice there’s right he’s tripped up plays it towards the point GS will poke it away as Hines can clear to centa ice and the final 12 seconds are going to roll off the clock he’ll head back all the way to their own Corners as the Bakers field Condors who gave up a two nothing lead San Diego chasing Colin dilia in the second with a three-goal second and Olivier rodri comes in the rest of way and pitches a shut out as the gos fall tonight 5 to3 to the Bakersfield Condors that’s going to be one that stings BJ the one that got away from you as you certainly had the lead and let’s see they only finished with two shots on goal in this third period I’ll tell you what after that first period watching the coaching staff go off the ice I had it in in my mind that they were going to go in there and they were going to rip the players a new one and it it felt to me like that’s the way it happened cuz come out for that second period I thought the gos look real good and I thought the gos were back on Pace but if you just lie on on what happens for you in one period and you don’t talk about it again in the next period or I guess you don’t get threatened again cuz that’s how it comes you get in a lock room you’re not doing the job you got coaching staffs that this is their job on the line and they put it to you in this third
