I see 4 teams that the Habs would make sense to trade with:
Detroit who have many UFAs and desperately need defencemen.
Colorado who are very tight on money and have no 1-2-3 picks for this year and next year.
Dallas and Vegas are in a similar position as Colorado.

From this video Montreal has many needs from the center,third line , Right D etc. So in my calculations Montreal truly overachieved last year. I think Montreal will be a 500 team which is more realistic.
