I don't hate florida, but i sure do hate how bad the oilers have choked two years in a row now. It's brutal trying to root for Draisaitl and McDavid to earn their cup and watch it go up in flames in the finals

Love ya @Eck but objectively NOT boring to watch true greatness unfold in front of us. The Cats have cemented a legacy with this win and if you look back at games 5/6 their play was 99.9% perfect. They made a dominant, clear top tier team in the league with two world class superstars look like trash. It’s not a crisis for Edminton (insert TEAM NAME here) they do need to improve because winning the cup is that hard, but they ran into the brick wall of destiny that is the Panthers.
Devils fan here. Edmonton has to find a goalie. They started basically every game this series down 2-0 after the 1st period, not a recipe for success. I also think it's time to move on from Knoblach- they need a coach with passion.
Panthers better team. Hope mcdavid leaves oilers an goes to an eastern conference team so i can go watch him more. Hope he could take leon with him. Would suck if he never wins cup. Gotta get outta there.
This is how hockey was meant to be played. No figure skating past defencemen who are scared of being penalized for looking at your star player. This is playoff hockey, not the regular season, wimpy west division.
It's funny how in the Dallas/Edmonton series ppl were saying Skinner was awesome when in reality most were blocked shots or missed the net and he made 1 or 2 good saves that entire series but he is not a goalie that should be your number 1. Florida figured him out easy

The extent of Tkachuk's injury was not fully disclosed but it wasn't a mystery that he was seriously hurt and was playing at half speed pretty much the entire playoffs.
Most boring SC Finals you've seen in sometime? We literally had Florida vs Vegas 2 years ago. I guess 2 years ago is 'some time' for you. I mean, games 1,2 and 4 were just unreal here. Yes, it wasn't the crazy 7 game almost reverse sweep from last year, but that's like… one year, man..

Now if you’re saying game 6 was boring I can understand, even from a Panther fan the game wasn’t necessarily “exciting” I was really excited because I knew from the moment Reino scored that first goal this game was over and at the end was really excited with him scoring back to back empty netters but I get it wasn’t the typical exciting game we had seen in the first 5 games.

A tandem of Carter Hart and Stuart Skinner would provide good coverage going into next season. Say what you will about Skinner, but he had a bunch of shutouts during the playoffs and was good enough to get them to this point. Edmonton needs to give him some run support, this doesn’t just fall on him

Edmonton needs to address thier goaltending. Florida is good, but Brad Marchard scored key goals during the series.
