Tkachuk interference on Carlo – Tough Call Review
here’s a play where Toronto Maple Leafs defender Brandon Carlo is about to get the puck on his stick he’s going to skate it to the red line towards the boards and then dump the puck in in front of the Ottawa Senator’s bench brady Kachchuck Senator’s forward is going to read this play and he’s going to make a choice to turn back up the ice and finish this check on Brandon Carlo and he gets called for interference and to me it’s an absolutely the right call there’s nothing wrong with the body check itself his hands get a little high but whatever he finishes his check properly it’s the decision to make contact kachchuck is just now in the process of making the turn to go towards that check and the puck is long gone so by the time he gets there Carlo actually has a chance to stop and start going the other way kachchuck has to travel several more feet to even make this contact by the time he gets there there’s not even any point in making that hit at all this is a good call for two minutes for interference
Brady Tkachuk went out of his way to finish this needless hit on Brandon Carlo and correctly received a two minute minor penalty for Interference.

You could argue for 'charging' as well. More challenging to defend… but same end result.
If Carlo was in the right place, would have been a nice time to duck under Tkachuk's check, and let him hit the boards…..lol.
The proudest moments for the entire Tkachuk family are daring people to find the lobotomy scars. Nope. Nope we can't see them BUT, we can definitely spot the results of the work that was done. 100% you had the thinking part of your brains surgically removed – signing waivers you no longer needed those sections as you already passed Grade 8 when you turned 16. Proud moment for the American education system. "me's, mie brudder, me's pops, wee pway Huckeee"
Regular season, definitely a penalty. Playoffs? Not even close. 2-3 second rule goes up to 5-6
