  1. I never realized that Stepan was a Hurricane now… are they like 50% former Rangers now?

  2. The stick came up high on Stepon's head. Not a clean hit. KK got 17 minutes in all. Five for fighting, @ for instageater, and a 10 minute misconduct that comes with the instagater. Thing is Toropchenko did not have his jersy tied down. That should have been a 10 minute misconduct. And he should have been called for the high stick. KK did good though.

  3. I watched the recording of the game. Earlier in the shift Toropchenko got KK with an uncalled elbo. That's why KK was bleeding and pissed. The blood from KK was not from the fight.

  4. KK can go…in his only other fight, Robert Hagg of the Flyers ended up with more than he could handle. That fight also came after a questionable hit on a teammate.

  5. Hey NHL’rs this is is a contact sport, it’s not pond hockey. I’m tired of seeing players having to fight whenever they throw a legitimate hard body check. I totally understand protecting your best player or trying to change the tempo of a game, but if you don’t want to be hit then take up another ice sport like curling.
