Not sure if they can. Probably one of their first picks in 2026
apparently, isles are gonna get everyone. jrob, peterka, howard, marner, boeser. maybe trade the first pick for peterka or jrob if the plan is to take hagens. don't forget the offer sheet to knies as well. fkn clueless organization. Isles will bring back the same roster as super smurf hometown fav hagens will be nowhere near nhl ready. probably time to go to a team that really wants to win instead of one stuck in neutral that can't even use a gift top pick to add some offense. and to the guy saying those guys are a dime a dozen to find tell me why isles can't find those dime a dozen type of players? Isles haven't found one since '90's. you would think that top pick was a gift for a reason. fk you isles. Should have just stayed at 10. Odds are mammoth, hawks are most likely to trade their pick. I am not opposed to Petekra but Robertson is the only guy who really gets me excited. I am not trading any 2026 1st-3rd round picks. I want more of them.
Lou & Bailey are why the Isles do not have a 2nd in 2026. Is Perteka worth Lee, Romanov, & a pick? I don't know, I haven't watched him much.
Trading Dobson wouldn't be a good idea. He's the only scoring d-man we have. Even if we draft Schaefer, he won't be ready this year.
