TSN Hockey analyst Martin Biron joins SC with Jay Onrait to discuss who he thinks Kris Knoblauch should start in net for the Oilers in a must-win Game 6, and explains why he thinks Edmonton is struggling with slow starts in the Stanley Cup Final.

I'd take my chance with the zamboni driver
Oilers, you forwards and defenders are going to put gas in the whole game 👍
Skinner actually did really well in game 4
Maybe they get laser eye surgery for Bouchy so instead of standing beside the goalie he stands in front of a few pucks. Worthless pylon.
I would put Biron in net
Not being able to make a tape to tape pass had nothing to do with goaltending. Giving a effort after 50 min for the last 10 min of the game has nothing to do with goaltending.
Stop looking for the same passes create some more looks, to predictable.
Go Panthers!
Answer is, who fucking knows, I imagine whoever starts gets pulled for the other
Really, I thought Brodeaur would know coming in net in relief isnt the same as starting.
Oilers are done for I can feel it in my bones, they just don’t have quite what it takes to beat this Panthers team when it matters
Eddie Cheevers. Stop fuckkin about.
They're going with Skinner. Guaranteed, Florida will be looking for the high glove and east-west goal(s) against him
It’s not going to matter
"We have two games left. We need two big wins. We need you to put up a wall." No pressure.
Doesn’t matter if the team doesn’t show up let’s go oilers
Game 6 is going to a blast; SCF, SCF, SCF.
Florida will be merciless
Switch after the 2nd it work last time.
The cold hard truth is, the Oilers will NEVER win the Stanley Cup with either Skinner OR Pickard in net.
If Mc Jesus dont help you to win a cup, your last chance is zo hire Mc Buddha for the goalie job. But yeahh. tbh, it makes no difference. Its over.
Who cares which goalie plays as both would lose.
mcdavid needs to just shoot the fucking puck a bit more.
Skinner. He plays the puck really well and it's very valuable against a team that is so good on the forecheck like Florida. Call me crazy but I think Skinner will have a great game 6 and a great game 7 to bring the cup back to Canada
Start McDavid in goal. At this point what do they have to lose? 😆
Asinine to assume the oilers could be in this position cause of the Hyman injury
Doesn’t matter. If the other 5 don’t show up, the goalie can’t win the game for them.
They both stink
Jordan Binnington should be started but the oilers refuse to pull the trigger on a trade. Trade for Binnington of suffer the same fate next year.
Game 6 will be the last of the season.
I'm sure the Oilers are being screwed by the refs, trades, drafts, no income tax state are all working against the Oilers because no one wants them to win the cup!
Knobs needs to go with his gut instinct, on who he thinks, gives the Oiler's the best chance to WIN! Pressure is Privilege. GO OILER'S GO !!!!
Florida in 7. They cant close out series at home, not against the laughs, not against the canes but put florida on the road theyre unbeatable. Twice as many road wins and only 1 win above 500 at home and the oilers already have a win in fla so its not INSANE to think they couldnt win in that building again.
What is insane is thinking the oilers will win in their own building lol but i think they’ll at least get the chance.
Florida in 7 my brain says
Oilers in 7 my heart says
The ZAMBONI DRIVER
Even I have no idea who's gonna start in net now especially as it is now must win for the Oilers!!!
I think we start skinner if he lets in 2 we switch
"It's not an easy decision" – Oilers coach Kris Knoblauch on naming his starting goalie for Game 6.
If this isn't a telling sign that Knoblauch quietly realizes that his team can NOT match Bobrovsky in net either way…..
Its not just goalie fault, if defense and offense not getting their job done, and doesn't help ref's calling bad or not calling penalties, Toronto almost beat out Florida, but when you have NFL commissioner family member playing for Florida, and same commissioner doesn't want Cup to go back to Canada, nothing fare no more
