Didn’t Hughes recently say you can’t have too many of these small guys?
If you think the Habs would go for Rossi you should stop making videos
I mean it takes a real genius to understand that Montreal needs a 2C and hearing Minny open to trading one and taking all common sense out of the equation and spewing out a useless video about it
A 2C yes they need one.
Already have
Suzuki – thick but only 5’11”
Hutson – dynamic playdriver
Caufield – sniper
Gally – heart & soul vet
Carrier – mobile 2way D
Newhook – all speed
But All below 6’
So no he is not the right fit
Canucks however they should certainly go for him, move on from a hoaglander or Garland or both
I think Canucks should trade for Rossi and Laine
Laine & Newhook + pick from Montreal or prospect for Joshua & Hronek
Canucks get scoring and speed also opens a spot for Willander & Mancini so you don’t need to trade either
Habs get grit middle 6 and RD top 4 in return
Rossi from Minny for 15th overall
Laine – EP – DeBrusk
Chytil – Rossi – Lekkermaki ?
Canucks have huge holes in top 6
Rossi would cost 15 and Lekkerimaki or maybe Hoglander but I doubt anyone wants Hoglander.
Rossi is in a very comfortable position
2 contracts for centers where just signed the last weeks for 7.5 million
1) Brock Nelson with age 37 at the end of contract
2) Tyson Foerster with 43 points ( 17 below Rossi ) on the season
Rossi for Chytil and a first? Then you can move Demko and Lekk for a winger?
Come on Lego, you think "Montreal fans would be comfortable with Rossi"…a 5 ft 9 185 center? Sheesh
Lego…watch the playoffs..smh
He aint coming to MTl stop it, way too small.
I don't mind a small player that plays big, Rossi is 190 pounds, he's not a Pip-squeak.
Too small . Canucks need size and skill . They have this kind of player in their own system. The draft has some decent center prospects that could fall to them . Gotta produce our own prospects instead of giving them to other teams to have good NHL careers. 4or5 former Canuck picks in the Stanley Cup this year again. If they were not good enough for Vancouver's teams , how can they be good enough for other teams . Need to take a look at the so called evaluators on Vancouver's management. Stop feeding other teams !
Rossie would be loved by csnucks fans. Just look at how much fans love Connor garland and the way he plays
We cannot play Rossi, Demidov and Laine in the same line. It will be a serious defensive liability.
