Ok here’s my opinion, they fking got lucky! All night I could see players just standing around with their head up their ass, it’s no wonder the NHL club Canucks doesn’t sign guys like DeGuiseppi, he brings over bad habits. All you have to do in this game is look at the shots on goal. Are these even the same Abby Canucks that flight tooth and nail with Dallas only to think these guys will be a walk in the park? Get real, the way they were skating too seems like a bunch of 12 yr old putting on skates for the first time. Blaise there trying to grab opponents back collar and yank him back but fell flat on his ass, which I could have seen that, cameraman only had one job. In the end I’m happy for my hometown boys, but geeze, wake up already.

The commentators sound so stupid. "Sticks are on the ice" but the goalie's isn't so the puck should not have been dropped. Plus, where's the sportsmanship in scoring that kind of goal in a finals game. Beat the other team fair and square, not with a "cheap" goal.
The goalie WAS facing the play. He WAS ready. The puck is dropped, Checkers got hosed.

Man do I hate homer announcers. Half the time, these Checkers homers don't even bother to use Canuck players names. Having no idea why the 2OT goal was called back shows just how little they know about the game. Please can we just use the Abbotsford play by play from now on?

I’m sure the overturned goal was absolutely to upset the checkers fans. They had undeniable reason to choose this route for the soul purpose of angering the fans that employ them 💀. That makes total sense, so it’s fact right? Surely there isn’t something that doesn’t meet the eye in charlotte. They heard a goal horn. So it’s a goal clearly right? 😂

Bad announcing. Calling it a legal faceoff right after the goal. He knew something wasn't right. There is a fine line when disagreeing with a call. But announcers in the box need to yield to the linesman and the players / coaches on the ice. This type of talk is the reason fans get so upset and feel thw game is rigged.
The hit in the 1st period, can anyone confirm it was to the head? It looked to me to be to the shoulder or even the torso. But those announcers at that angle were adamant it was to the head and couldnt believe it was only a 2min minor.

It was right to overturn, but it was also right for fans to be frustrated at the zebras cause they made a mistake.
Everyone of you crying about "who wants to win that way" knows damn well that they would dance for days if the Oilers brought the cup back to Canada in that exact way. They would discount how much of a fluke it was and say its all cuz of "McJesus!"
