Comment your thoughts!!!
Laf really isn't that good. He got that ridiculous contract after one decent season and a great playoff run. Marchment had 5 more goals and 2 more points than Laf last year in 20 LESS GAMES!!! Plus Marchment has the physical aspect. Rangers are getting the 2 best players in the deal imo.
Terrance will be a 3rd line player at best, but I get it the Rangers are just freeing up cap here. I feel like Jason Robertson commands more of a return than Laf and Schneider.
Dallas isn't looking for more salary, that's why Robertson could be available in the first place. The teams I think have the best chance to land Robertson if they want him are Montreal and Philadelphia. The Habs have two first round picks (#'s 16 and 17). They also have two second round picks (#'s 41 and 49). They also have high end prospects who are about to pop like Michael Hage, Logan Mailloux and David Reinbacher. They could easily put together a package to land Robertson. The Flyers could also be a strong possibility. The Flyers have two first (#'s 6 and 22) and four seconds (#'s 36, 40, 45 and 48). A young player like Noah Cates or Tyson Foerster could sweeten the deal. By trading with either one of these clubs, the Stars can reacquire the load of draft picks they lost in the Rantanen trade and clear cap space.
Honestly I’m going to get trashed but give the stars Will Cuylle for Robertson

O john bud also possible Atlanta Thrashers maybe back in NHL again
Forsyth County votes to approve the final documentation that would allow the Krause group to formally propose NHL expansion into metro Atlanta. The group is now expected to present its complete proposal to the NHL in the coming weeks. The vote, which passed this evening, was widely seen as the final hurdle; expansion is likely imminent. From NHL to Atlanta on X and from TSN
The first major step in an NHL return to Atlanta? Forsyth County has definitively approved “The Gathering at South Forsyth,” a mixed-use space including an arena designed to attract an NHL team back to the area.
Jason Robertson + late picks for Marner
It doesn't work laf makes 7 and it doesn't create space for dallas
I hate the rangers
Calgary is not making that trade Blake Coleman has a no-trade clause
Good deal for both sides. Terrance could be a Cogliano lite
You no nothings with your movk trades. Do you onow we have to extend Cools and Rempe and Miller if they don’t trade him and if they do trade hom we will still trade our best dman?
