I know Marchand was proud to be a Bruin, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen this man happier wearing this jersey playing with this team, especially a team, he helped birth by missing that one breakaway with a mere seconds to go those years ago. It’s actually quite romantic if you think about it, seeing him win this game on a breakaway.
