  1. There are many such people claiming disability falsely. The Government could cut spending at about 60 billion a year I bet if they just investigate all military disability recipients.

  2. this is a total disgrace to the uniform he once wore. gladly he was caught. anyone who scams benefits like this really needs to do 20 years!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I’m having to upload tons and tons of medical evidence to the VA I’m rated at 0%. I have 10 herniated disc in my back. I have degenerative arthritis of the spine. I have degenerative disc disease. I have sciatica in both legs. I have radiculothapy and nerve damage in both arms. I had several concussions with brain injuries. I have joint pain in both hips. I have a separated shoulder and im waiting 4 years to get a VA rating over 0%.

  4. The moment you step into the realm of embellishing/lying about service-connected issues, you're cooked.

Your Military medical records (paper trail) is a integral part of solidifying your service connected disabilities.

The VA will give you a long, drawn out Gauntlet to run through if paperwork to back up service connected disabilities you claim, aren't documented.

  5. I would love to know what he claimed because I have many injuries but I still work out. I never said I couldn't walk, run, lift etc. The VA benefits are injury compensation more so than disability payments. I have some friends that are disabled and unable to work but most are being compensated for the surgeries they've had.

  6. This is pretty common lol and it jams up the VA for vets that actually need it. You will have a cook on 100% hiking trials, working full time, but then have a grunt on 20% that has hit several IED’s outside the wire with legit head trauma, but just sucks it up the best they can to live a normal life.

  7. To most people the word disabled means you cannot do normal things because of an injury. But every disabled Vet I have ever known still works while collecting disability. The whole thing is a scam.

  8. Nothing new. I personally know another retired Air Force veteran who is on 100% disability. However, he still golf’s, remodels homes, boats and basically does everything everyone else does but gets a check courtesy of the U.S. taxpayers. He will be reported.

  9. DOGE should be looking at all VA disability claims because 90% of them are bogus. 35% for sleep apnea? Give me a break; individual would have gotten sleep apnea whether they served or not. Only VA disability payouts should be for combat veterans who were wounded in war.

  10. Having been in the military I can honestly say the majority of VA disability claims are bogus ! The VA will pay people for almost anything that has nothing to do with military service. It's just crazy how the VA throws away money.

  11. The worst con man of our government is our president. Think of all the feds in DC. That are millionaires because of their jobs, tough job i get it. But they never signed a contract to give up their life for their country, if they weren’t in the military like Joni Hearse. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

  12. From one vet to other vets…don’t surrender your integrity and game the system. Those of you getting disability that don’t deserve it should be ashamed of yourselves, and you are just as bad as anyone bleeding the country dry. And no, I don’t get disability, and I never filed for it. I have all of my limbs, and I am able to work a full time job. If you match this description and are getting 100% disability, shame on you. You do our brothers and sisters who have fallen, and the veterans with actual, real service-connected disabilities, nothing but a dishonor. Stop gaming the government to get paid for simply getting old, you sick call soup sandwiches.

  13. If President Trump, congress, and the senate really want to do something, help US veterans by removing the penalty for service members drawing military disability pay and VA benefits. Veterans earned both they should get both!

  14. He’s going to lose that competition physique in prison without being able to eat properly and work out the way he needs to. He’ll end up just a lumpy mess.

  15. The ā€œI want something for nothingā€ mentality STRIKES AGAIN! And ironically it’s in my very fraudulent hometown of Miami…………..WOW.

  16. I work with Vets & imo the high 90"s percent of them are currently lying to get the free lifetime disability money.

It's an open joke to see who gets the most money.

Tinittus & PTSD & bam $5,000 monthly for life.

"Disabled" Vets is the new welfare fraud.

  17. Even the actual disabled vets cheat the VA. I know two guys on the system with 5 pairs of shoes bought by the VA and they never wear them. Sit in their closets. The occupational therapist give them whatever supplies they want and don't ask if they are going to use them and the stuff goes to goodwill or the trash can without use. The vets only agree to take it cuz it's free to them.

  18. Where did everyone get lost at?
    Benching 300lbs
    And squatting more than 600lbs
    Everyone: holy Christ. What!!??

  19. Meanwhile, VA keeps denying my Sleep Apnea claim. I’m 5’11 over the 300 pounds, bad back, hip and knees. F that guy. I hope gets everything coming to him
