  1. Two words: Hand Pass. If these playoffs don't kickstart the conversation on reworking replay review in the NHL I don't know what will…

  2. So much for the useless "war room" in Toronto. Blues got screwed big time. It shouldn't matter if the refs saw it or not.

  3. Stfu everyone I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the hand pass . I’m not a shark fan so I’m not here to defend them , to be honest I don’t even like the shark organization, however you are allowed to touch a puck when it is in the air while pointing to the direction where you want it to go .
You see this all the time in hockey but people see this as a hand pass and say it shouldn’t be a goal .
If the puck was on the ice and a player used there hands while the puck was on the ice then yeah I’d totally agree and say no goal .
But the goal is no different then the puck being in the mid air while directing it where you want it to go is perfectly legal.

  4. Blues defender knocks his own goalie with that swinging stick. Dagger on top of a gut wrenching bounce lol

  5. You people actually think the officials went over to the Sharks bench and said, "You guys get one free hand pass this game, just make sure its right in front of the net."

  6. The Blues were robbed of this game. Terrible call. Refs didnt even bother to review the play. It was obvious and yet still let them win. Same with the VGK. No one touched Pavelski, he fell wrong and it wasn't reviewed, refs just gave the 5 min major instead.
Sharks probably paid off the refs. This playoff series is the worst.
I just hope the Blues turn it around and win.

  7. mier was tripped prior..miss call…miier then hand passes..goal…guess it evens out…get over it, bad calls happen all the time…

  8. Missed a trip before the hand pass. Everything cancelled out on the same play. Refs are clowns in this league.

  9. After all that's happened, I can say that this is the moment that the Sharks jumped the shark.
After this, they'd go on to score only two goals, lose their top players to injury, be shut out at home in a 5-0 whipping, and lose the next three games to get kicked out of the playoffs.

  10. Bouwmeister very clearly touched the puck with his leg first after Meier pushed it with his hand. The refs got it right, NOT wrong. This so-called "foul" was the best thing ever that happened to the Blues, because from that point on they head-hunted the Sharks' players without any consequences. They destroyed Karlson's talent and took out the other Sharks' stars, too. They went on to headhunt the Bruins and the Blues' goalie was amazing. Still, they are whiners even though they won. Cool uniforms, but a lot of whiners on the team. BTW, Bouwmeister die not pi$$ and moan about the non-existent "hand pass", because he knew what happened. San Jose IMO would have been spanked by the Bruins, so it was good for hockey that San Jose got robbed,

I feel sorry for San Jose. I looked at everyone of the so-called bad calls going San Jose's way in the 2019 playoffs and each and every one of them were actually correct. Las Vegas are the biggest babies in the NHL and the foul on Pavelski was correct according to the rules then in effect. Against Colorado the off-side call was correct, too. It is not San Jose's fault that a Colorado player cruised to the penalty box. Watch the replay and Bouwmeister touched the puck after Meier and before the San Jose player.

I would have bitched, too, but in my heart I would have asked Bouwmeister and he is likely honest and would have owned up. The Blues and their fans are like Donald Trump, whiners.

  11. Statler: Did you see that
Waldorf: Yes they're shouting that it was a hand pass
Statler: Yea there's no way they'll review this
