Bennett took out the goalie in just the last game and people are commenting like this is a brand new thing. Think I'm wrong, let me know … just try to do it with grammar and punctuation… that should limit the responses….
Right call. At this level, goaltenders make it hard for players to get around them, making it borderline interference with a pic play. Marchand's feet are almost at the boards, he can't move his feet any farther away. And of course, goalie went down with all the drama of a beauty queen.
Not a Leafs fan or Panthers fan, but what I look at is point of contact. It wasn’t the leg. The point of contact was the lower body. Late hit also aka interference.

Did you see the Ekblad arm shiv on Woll in game 2? Nearly everyone seems to have missed it. Happened the first game after Ekblad was suspended and he said his intention is not to go out and injure players.
